our partners, the Family Protection Association and the child in Iraq were threatened with death by unidentified gunmen in Iraq's Baghdad province.
The Belgian organization for human rights and development holds the Iraqi government responsible for the safety of activists and human rights activists and their families.
Our organization urgently sent a report to the Office of the High Commissioner in Geneva to inform it in detail about the threats.
We are following closely all the measures applied by the Iraqi government to ensure the safety of Iraqi civil society activists.
