The International  organization for  human rights and development has documented  the terrorist organization Daesh’s execution of four men trapped inside Fallujah on Friday evening May27th,2016 for their  refusal  to fight in its ranks. The victims are:

Hussein Mohammed al-Issawi, 49years old

Mohammad Raad Jumaili 55 years old

Salem Khamis al-Jumaili 37 years old

Mohammed Khamis al-Jumaili 40 years old

They were all executed in the market in the city centre of Fallujah where the residents gathered to witness the execution. The victims’relatives  have reported to our organization that the victims were kidnapped and have been subjected to psychological and physical torture three days before being executed.

Within the same violations, our organization has also documented that the Shiite crowd burned ten shops after they had robbed its products and damaged them totally. In fact, the shopkeepers declared that the stores and their surroundings have not witnessed any military operations and the looting and the burning took place in a deliberate manner.

Thus, our organization called the Iraqi government to continue its policy regarding the elimination of the terrorist organization Daesh in various ways and to free the families from its grip. The Iraqi government was also called to remove the sectarian militias away from these battles to avoid sectarian killings, and to fight all attempts of reinforcing sectarianism and regionalism among citizens  of the same people.

We, accordingly, stress the need to rid civilians from the control of Daesh and protect the innocent from armed sectarian militias so that events of the province of Tikrit and Baiji would not be repeated.

Immediately, the International organization for human rights  and development  has raised an urgent  note with  the reports that we receive from the ground to the committees of the United Nations in Geneva and called for adoption of the professional duty  in response to what is happening to civilians.
