The execution of the Iraqi citizen Caesar Jumaili by the terrorist organization Daesh

The Belgian Organization for Human Rights and Development  has documented on May2nd 2016  the execution the terrorist organization "Daesh" committed against the Iraqi citizen Caesar Hamad Khalaf al-Jumaili of the people of district Zab in the province of Kirkuk. The victim was shot in front of the people in the Abbasid market area on charges of collaboration with the Iraqi security services. Immediately, the Belgian Organization for Human Rights and Development raised an urgent memorandum to the United Nations High Commissioner in Geneva, and demanded enforcement of the rights of the family of the victim.
