The Belgian Organization for Human Rights and Development, BAMRO has received on Friday ,2015 a complaint from the families of the victims: (Fayyad Isa thmorning November 27Jassim), and (Hamid Saleh Abdul Karim) who were excuted by the terrorist organization “Daesh" with eight other residents of "village Khan"that is located in the province of Kirkuk, Hawija. Some of the victims were killed upon their refusal to cooperate with the terrorist organization “Daesh” while others were excuted due to the serious attempts they conducted to rescue families trapped in areas under Daesh's control. According to the victims'relatives : all of the victims are of the elites and qualified civillians, who served the province and were cooperating with Iraqi government to get rid of the terrorist organization"Deash”. Besides, the victims' families declared to BAMRO that "Daesh” executed the victims and threw them at the entrance to Hawija..

Immediately, the Belgian Organization for Human Rights Development directed an urgent memo to the High Commissionner Mr. Pablo de Arrif , and invited him to quickly open an investigation of the recent massacre and to juridically pursue the killer,who is known to BAMRO by name and image.

Since this morning, our organization started taking action at the media and legal levels: the organization is ,indeed, aiming at enforcing the right of victims' relatives, and supporting them to gain access to a safer place outside the province.
