Our organization documented on March09th,2016 that the terrorist organization Daesh, in the Iraqi province of Kirkuk, executed : Moayad Ramadan Salloum of Iraqi nationality and aged 34 years in the Iraqi province of Kirkuk due to the voluntary actions he performed; Indeed, Moayad helped in transfering families, the elderly and the sick away from the places controlled by the terrorist organization Daash, to safer areas. Likewise, our organization also documented that the terrorist group arrested ten families on their way to escape from the control of the terrorist organization in the province of Kirkuk, Hawija area; the families were immediately handcuffed and exposed inside of the province of Kirkuk, Iraqi District of Hwija.,

The International Belgian Organization for Human Rights and Development sent an urgent memo to the Special Rapporteur concerned with extrajudicial cases, and arbitrary executions along with the promotion of truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-repetition, and called him to intervene directly in this crime. The Organization also called the committees of the United Nations to assume its responsibility..
